At Bodies by Colotti, we believe that every kid deserves the equal opportunity to not only thrive in their chosen sports but also stay safe, strong and excel.
Bodies by Colotti is premiering a Youth Athlete Training Program that is designed to help your child prepare for the demands of sports and to help them properly develop the motor skills and strength they need.

Many coaches only practice the sport itself while every athlete requires strength training and a total body program that includes proper strength training, conditioning and injury prevention.  The end result is your child be a better athlete.

About the program
Our 4 Phase Method
Phase 1: Foundation
Before we start every youth program, we develop a starting point with an assessment of every child. Each age group has a different method of assessment. With the results we then program the following weeks to help your athlete improve their abilities and prevent injuries
Phase 2: Agility
Agility training is key, and often times not practiced in a team setting. At Bodies by Colotti we use various methods to help improve agility, from making obstacle course with tires and ladders, to simple sprints. The key is to make it fun but have results be the outcome
Phase 3: Strength
Strength is key in avoiding injuries. Most injuries in young athletes can be avoided with proper strength training and heavy weights aren't needed either. 
We focus on your athlete being able to do the essential bodyweight movement patterns first. Depending on the age we may add some dumbbells and kettlebells, but most of the training is using resistance bands. 
Phase 4: Performance
We designed the very last phase of our youth program to be Performance. Your child may be a stellar baseball player but if they don't have agility or strength they won't be stellar for long. By focusing on building a proper movement patterns and strength first - your child will see greater performance improvements. The last thing we focus on is your athletes ability to play their specific sport.

4-8 yrs old 930am
9-13 yrs old 1030am
14 and older 1130am
Class is on Saturdays

$109 for 6 weeks. Each class is 1 hr
